1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Slots PK 32 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users who register an account, deposit funds, place bets, play games or otherwise interact with any part of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of Slots PK 32 after any updated version of these Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility and Registration

This may include requesting copies of identification documents such as a CNIC, passport or other valid government-issued ID. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests.

3Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. Slots PK 32 strongly advises using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform or service.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including friends, family members or support staff. Slots PK 32 will never ask you for your password.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices where your credentials may be stored or visible to others.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the support team immediately and change your password.

Any activity that takes place under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. Slots PK 32 cannot be held liable for losses or issues arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

4Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on Slots PK 32 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets as listed in the Deposit section of the platform at any given time.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account or method that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where payment is made from an account registered to another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the Deposit section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time.
• Slots PK 32 does not charge fees on deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. We have no control over third-party fees.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically instant; bank transfers may take longer.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied to all accounts.

• Before any withdrawal request is processed, your account must have passed the required identity verification checks. Accounts that have not yet completed verification may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Any active bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before withdrawal of those funds is permitted. Only the real-money portion of your balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements can be withdrawn freely.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two to three business days.
• Slots PK 32 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on large withdrawal requests. This is a standard security procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.

6Bonus and Promotions Terms

Slots PK 32 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, PSL-season promotions and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply across all promotions unless a specific offer's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is stated clearly for each individual promotion.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games and live casino titles may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of activation or crediting. Wagering requirements must be met within this period. Any unmet bonus and associated winnings expire at the end of this period.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus offer may be active on your account at any time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — through coordinated betting patterns, multi-accounting, exploitation of technical errors, or other methods — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.
• PSL promotions: Pakistan Super League season promotions are tied to specific fixture dates and applicable match markets. These promotions expire when the relevant match or round concludes regardless of the general promotional calendar.

7Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on Slots PK 32 covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series), football, esports and other sports as listed on the platform. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by the platform. Odds are subject to change before your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if a match is abandoned, postponed beyond a specified period, or if the market is settled in error. Voided bets are returned to your account as real-money balance at the original stake amount.
• Cricket and PSL markets: For PSL and international cricket matches, if a match is interrupted by weather or other circumstances and a result is reached via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, the DLS result is treated as the official result for betting purposes. Matches with no official result after a defined minimum number of overs will be voided.
• Live betting: Live in-play betting odds update in real time. Slots PK 32 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any point during a match. Bets placed during a live event are subject to a brief delay; any bets accepted during this delay are binding.
• Accumulator bets: All legs of an accumulator must win for the bet to be paid out. If one or more legs are voided, those legs are removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs stand at their original odds.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum single-event payout limits apply and are displayed on the relevant betting markets. Slots PK 32 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for any individual user or market.

8Slots and Casino Games

All slot games and casino games available on the Slots PK 32 platform operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The outcome of every spin, hand or round is independently determined by the RNG and is not influenced by previous results or account history.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided by the game's software provider and is displayed in the game information panel. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee results for individual sessions.
• Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers with professional dealers streaming in real time. The rules of each live game are governed by the provider's rules for that game type.
• Fish Games and arcade titles operate under their own specific rules, which are displayed within each game. These are skill-influenced games but outcomes involve elements of chance.
• In the event of a game error or technical malfunction — whether affecting the display, the outcome or the payout — the bet may be voided and the stake returned. A malfunction voids all pays and play for that round.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Slots PK 32 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets and bonus balances, and withholding of funds pending investigation:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account — whether under your own name, a different name, a family member's details, or any other means — is prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated balances may be forfeited.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment methods for deposits. Any deposits identified as fraudulent will be reversed and the account closed.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting welcome bonuses, reload offers or promotional credits through low-risk hedged betting, coordinated play between accounts, or exploitation of offer terms in a manner clearly not intended by the promotion.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated software to interact with the platform, place bets or play games. All activity must be manual and human-initiated.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game, sport betting market or promotion.
• Providing false information: Submitting false, misleading or falsified documentation during registration or verification processes.
• Underage play: Attempting to use the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account.

10Responsible Gaming
